Report wrongdoing: Québec Blue Cross' policy explained

As part of our on-going efforts to provide the very best service to our clients, Québec Blue Cross has adopted a policy on disclosure of wrongdoings.

Anyone having witnessed illegal, immoral or unethical behaviour that might harm Québec Blue Cross may anonymously and confidentially report wrongdoing through the firm Whistleblower Security using one of the following means:

• By email, in writing to bluecrosscanassistance@integritycounts.ca (a reference number will be provided to you by Whistleblower Security)
• By telephone, dialling free-of-charge at 1-866-921-6714 to speak with a Whistleblower Security agent
• By filling out the form available online through Whistleblower Security’s website at integritycounts.ca/org/croixbleuecanassistance
